1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using BuyCheapCard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and provide accurate registration details to use our services.

3. Our Services

We provide examination scratch cards, JAMB services, airtime, data, cable TV subscription, electricity bill payment and identity verification in Nigeria. Products are delivered instantly after successful payment through your wallet or payment partner.

4. Wallet & Payments

• Your wallet must be funded before you can place most orders.
• Funds added to your wallet are credited upon successful confirmation of payment.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details (phone number, meter, decoder, PIN) you submit.
• Wallet balances are non-transferable.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed before checkout. We may update prices at any time in line with changes from our upstream providers. Orders are processed at the price shown at the time of checkout.

6. Refunds & Failed Transactions

• If a transaction fails, the cost is automatically refunded to your wallet.
• If you are charged but do not receive your product, contact support within 48 hours with proof of payment.
• No refunds are given for correctly delivered products, including incorrectly submitted details.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, to resell at fraudulent terms, or in any way that disrupts our service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyCheapCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including delays caused by upstream providers, network providers or power outages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kaduna State, Nigeria.
